“I’m trying to eat better.
The weight still isn’t moving.”
You want a way of eating you can use on a normal workday, and a clearer way to review your progress.
The belly that won’t budge. Less energy after work. Workouts that feel harder to recover from. If that sounds familiar, this group is being built to help you put practical nutrition, strength, and recovery habits into action—with regular support from Nick.

Nick explains how the eight-week accelerator works—from your private assessment and starting plan to weekly group coaching and check-ins.
These are the kinds of concerns men bring to my coaching conversations. They can share a goal without sharing the same cause—or needing the same medical treatment.
You want a way of eating you can use on a normal workday, and a clearer way to review your progress.
You need a manageable routine around early starts, long days, and family life—not another all-or-nothing overhaul.
You want to understand what else deserves attention, with medical questions handled by your clinician.
Representative concerns from coaching conversations, paraphrased for clarity. These are not testimonials or promises of results.
Hear how Craig describes his experience working with Nick in the five-month HPT Axis Reset.
“A factory reset for a man.”
Craig’s words capture how the experience felt to him. His progress came during private, one-to-one coaching—not this eight-week group accelerator.
One client’s experience, not a typical or guaranteed outcome. “Factory reset” is Craig’s description, not a claim of a biological reset. Craig now also helps Nick with prospective-client calls.
Explore the founding group ↗Brian and Ed worked with Nick through private coaching. Their experiences illustrate that work; these are not results from the new eight-week accelerator.

During five months of private HPT Axis Reset coaching, Brian went from about 205 to 180 pounds. Nick reports that Brian had stopped TRT before the follow-up bloodwork, which showed total testosterone of 852 ng/dL.
~25 lb lostReported total testosterone: 852 ng/dLClient history and results supplied by Nick. A testosterone result after stopping TRT does not, by itself, establish that coaching caused hormonal recovery or that others will have the same outcome.

Over five months of private HPT Axis Reset coaching, Ed worked on reducing belly fat and building strength. Nick reports that Ed’s testosterone increased during that period. His shared lab report shows total testosterone of 857 ng/dL.
Total testosterone: 857 ng/dLIndividual client experiences, not typical or guaranteed results. These examples come from private coaching, with different support and duration from the eight-week group. No specific weight-loss or testosterone outcome is promised.
Research links obesity with lower testosterone, and studies show that weight loss can raise testosterone in many men. That makes body composition worth addressing alongside appropriate medical assessment.
It doesn’t mean every symptom is hormonal, every low result comes from obesity, or weight loss replaces treatment. Explore what the studies actually found.
Men aged 45 and older. Percentage with free testosterone below the study’s reference cutoff:
What this means: low free testosterone was frequent in these study groups. These percentages do not tell us what proportion of all low-T cases is caused by obesity, and they do not establish a diagnosis in an individual.
The men were aged 40–79 at baseline. Total testosterone and SHBG rose with weight loss and fell with weight gain. Significant free-testosterone changes were observed in those gaining or losing at least 15% of body weight.
What this means: the relationship is not simply “another birthday, lower testosterone.” Weight change mattered in this cohort. This was observational research, and 15% is not a universal threshold or a target prescribed for every member.
Average total-testosterone increase
approximately +2.87 nmol/L
Average total-testosterone increase
approximately +8.73 nmol/L
Read these numbers in context: pooled averages across different studies, populations, and interventions—not a randomized head-to-head comparison. Surgery generally produced larger weight losses. Neither figure is an expected result from this group or a promise of a particular testosterone increase.
Obesity can lower SHBG, a protein that carries testosterone, which can lower total testosterone without an equivalent fall in free testosterone. A low result needs context. Diagnosis requires symptoms and consistently low levels, with repeat morning testing and free-testosterone assessment when appropriate.
Endocrine Society clinical guideline ↗These studies support the connection between weight and testosterone. They did not test this accelerator or establish that it resets hormone signaling.
That is the work this group is being built for. Choose meals you can repeat, follow a manageable strength routine, and make room for sleep and recovery.
Use a weekly check-in to see what you actually followed. Bring obstacles to the group call. Build on what works instead of abandoning the whole plan after one difficult week.

The group is intended for lifestyle education and support. It does not diagnose conditions, manage medication, or replace medical care. Persistent symptoms and medical questions belong with your clinician.
If you need a plan built specifically for your individual circumstances and private weekly coaching, the five-month HPT Axis Reset remains a separate service.

I’m Nick Soulias, founder of the HPT Axis Reset. I coach men on nutrition, training, sleep, and recovery, with an emphasis on building routines around their actual lives.
I’m developing this eight-week accelerator to combine a personal starting point with regular group support. We begin with a private assessment call, I build your starting plan, and then you have a clear place to learn, ask questions, and keep working on your goals.

Eight weeks. No recurring subscription.
No. The eight-week accelerator includes one private kickoff assessment, a personalized starting plan, shared resources, group calls, and check-ins. Five-month private coaching adds ongoing private weekly calls and individual program review and adjustments.
Age can affect testosterone, but body weight and health also matter. The studies above show associations between obesity and lower testosterone, and increases with weight loss. They cannot identify the cause of your symptoms. A clinician can assess your history, symptoms, and repeat testing where needed.
You can ask about the group for help with nutrition, strength, and recovery habits. Persistent fatigue has many possible causes and needs appropriate medical evaluation. This group does not diagnose the cause or adjust TRT.
Those outcomes are not promised. The focus is on nutrition, movement, strength, sleep, and recovery habits that support health. Results vary. Hormone testing, diagnosis, and treatment remain with a qualified clinician.
Coaching does not direct medication changes. Continue working with your prescribing clinician and check whether planned nutrition or activity changes are appropriate for your circumstances.
The group includes approachable training resources. Choose activity suited to your ability and obtain medical clearance where appropriate. Individual rehabilitation or complex clinical needs require appropriate professional support.
