PRIVATE PAGE PREVIEW · 8-WEEK ACCELERATOR
Men’s nutrition, strength & recovery coaching

“Is this just
getting older?”
There’s more to look at.

The belly that won’t budge. Less energy after work. Workouts that feel harder to recover from. If that sounds familiar, this group is being built to help you put practical nutrition, strength, and recovery habits into action—with regular support from Nick.

Does this sound familiar?

“I want to feel like myself again.
I just don’t know what to change.”

These are the kinds of concerns men bring to my coaching conversations. They can share a goal without sharing the same cause—or needing the same medical treatment.

THE WEIGHT

“I’m trying to eat better.
The weight still isn’t moving.”

You want a way of eating you can use on a normal workday, and a clearer way to review your progress.

THE ENERGY

“By the time I get home,
I’m drained.”

You need a manageable routine around early starts, long days, and family life—not another all-or-nothing overhaul.

THE NUMBERS

“My testosterone went up.
I didn’t feel much different.”

You want to understand what else deserves attention, with medical questions handled by your clinician.

Representative concerns from coaching conversations, paraphrased for clarity. These are not testimonials or promises of results.

Meet Craig · Private coaching client

63 years old.
Five months.
About 70 pounds down.

Hear how Craig describes his experience working with Nick in the five-month HPT Axis Reset.

“A factory reset for a man.”

Craig’s words capture how the experience felt to him. His progress came during private, one-to-one coaching—not this eight-week group accelerator.

One client’s experience, not a typical or guaranteed outcome. “Factory reset” is Craig’s description, not a claim of a biological reset. Craig now also helps Nick with prospective-client calls.

Different starting points.
Progress you can see.

Brian and Ed worked with Nick through private coaching. Their experiences illustrate that work; these are not results from the new eight-week accelerator.

Brian · Late 40s

From about 205 to 180 pounds.

During five months of private HPT Axis Reset coaching, Brian went from about 205 to 180 pounds. Nick reports that Brian had stopped TRT before the follow-up bloodwork, which showed total testosterone of 852 ng/dL.

Client history and results supplied by Nick. A testosterone result after stopping TRT does not, by itself, establish that coaching caused hormonal recovery or that others will have the same outcome.

Ed · In his 50s

Working toward a leaner, stronger body.

Over five months of private HPT Axis Reset coaching, Ed worked on reducing belly fat and building strength. Nick reports that Ed’s testosterone increased during that period. His shared lab report shows total testosterone of 857 ng/dL.

Age, body weight & testosterone

Age is part of the picture.
Body weight matters, too.

Research links obesity with lower testosterone, and studies show that weight loss can raise testosterone in many men. That makes body composition worth addressing alongside appropriate medical assessment.

It doesn’t mean every symptom is hormonal, every low result comes from obesity, or weight loss replaces treatment. Explore what the studies actually found.

Dhindsa et al. · Diabetes Care · 2010

Low free testosterone was common
in the men with obesity studied.

Read the study ↗

Men aged 45 and older. Percentage with free testosterone below the study’s reference cutoff:

What this means: low free testosterone was frequent in these study groups. These percentages do not tell us what proportion of all low-T cases is caused by obesity, and they do not establish a diagnosis in an individual.

Why this belongs in the conversation

A reason to work on body composition.
A reason to look beyond one number.

Obesity can lower SHBG, a protein that carries testosterone, which can lower total testosterone without an equivalent fall in free testosterone. A low result needs context. Diagnosis requires symptoms and consistently low levels, with repeat morning testing and free-testosterone assessment when appropriate.

Endocrine Society clinical guideline ↗

These studies support the connection between weight and testosterone. They did not test this accelerator or establish that it resets hormone signaling.

From understanding to a usable routine

“Okay. What do I eat?
When do I train?
How do I keep it going?”

That is the work this group is being built for. Choose meals you can repeat, follow a manageable strength routine, and make room for sleep and recovery.

Use a weekly check-in to see what you actually followed. Bring obstacles to the group call. Build on what works instead of abandoning the whole plan after one difficult week.

Step one / A private call with Nick

Before we build your plan,
let’s understand your starting point.

Your first step is a one-to-one kickoff assessment call with me. We gather the information needed to make your starting plan useful for your goals, schedule, and current ability.

  • Your goals, weight history, and what you’ve tried.
  • Your work hours, meals, sleep, stress, and recovery.
  • Your training experience, equipment, and physical limitations.
  • Relevant health history, medications, and existing lab reports where available.
  • The practical obstacles we need to plan around.

This is a coaching assessment, not a medical diagnostic consultation. Medical interpretation, diagnosis, and treatment remain with your clinician.

After our call, I build your starting nutrition, movement, and recovery plan. Then we use the group calls and check-ins to help you put it into practice.

the everyday habits?

A different level of support

The group is intended for lifestyle education and support. It does not diagnose conditions, manage medication, or replace medical care. Persistent symptoms and medical questions belong with your clinician.

If you need a plan built specifically for your individual circumstances and private weekly coaching, the five-month HPT Axis Reset remains a separate service.

Before you decide

A few clear answers.

Is this the same as private HPT Axis Reset coaching?

No. The eight-week accelerator includes one private kickoff assessment, a personalized starting plan, shared resources, group calls, and check-ins. Five-month private coaching adds ongoing private weekly calls and individual program review and adjustments.

Is it just my age—or could weight be part of it?

Age can affect testosterone, but body weight and health also matter. The studies above show associations between obesity and lower testosterone, and increases with weight loss. They cannot identify the cause of your symptoms. A clinician can assess your history, symptoms, and repeat testing where needed.

My testosterone improved, but I still feel tired. Can I join?

You can ask about the group for help with nutrition, strength, and recovery habits. Persistent fatigue has many possible causes and needs appropriate medical evaluation. This group does not diagnose the cause or adjust TRT.

Will this raise my testosterone or cure a medical condition?

Those outcomes are not promised. The focus is on nutrition, movement, strength, sleep, and recovery habits that support health. Results vary. Hormone testing, diagnosis, and treatment remain with a qualified clinician.

What if I’m taking TRT or other medication?

Coaching does not direct medication changes. Continue working with your prescribing clinician and check whether planned nutrition or activity changes are appropriate for your circumstances.

Do I need to be experienced in the gym?

The group includes approachable training resources. Choose activity suited to your ability and obtain medical clearance where appropriate. Individual rehabilitation or complex clinical needs require appropriate professional support.

What happens after I enroll?

First, we arrange your private kickoff assessment with Nick and gather your goals, routine, and relevant background information. Nick then builds your starting plan. You use it alongside the program resources, weekly group coaching, and check-ins over the eight weeks. Exact scheduling and delivery details will be provided before purchase.

Is $499 a monthly charge?

No. The price is one payment of $499 USD for eight weeks. There is no automatic renewal or monthly subscription.

When does the group start?

Contact Nick before enrolling to confirm the start date and weekly group-call schedule for your place. Your first program step is the private kickoff assessment.

Can I join and pay now?

Yes. The enrollment buttons take you to Stripe for the one-time $499 USD payment. After payment, contact Nick to arrange your private kickoff assessment. No payment details are entered on this page.
